Dr. Camargo graduated from The University of Queensland in 2010. He completed his post-graduate training at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, as well as The Royal Children’s Hospital, Brisbane. Also holding a degree in Pharmacy, he practiced as a pharmacist prior to completing his medical degree.

  • Women’s Health at The Royal Women’s Hospital, Randwick

  • Diploma in Child Health (University of Sydney)

  • Registered in the Antenatal shared care program at The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital

​Javier joined Leichhardt General Practice in 2015 and attained his Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2016.​

Javier enjoys all aspects of general practice and in caring for men and women of all ages. He has particular interest in Child health, Men’s health, Travel medicine, LGBTQI health, mental health, sexual health and Hepatitis C management.

Javier works as an independent practitioner consulting at the Leichhardt General Practice.
